This Privacy Policy describes how AllerGuard LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our application (the "App") available on the web or an App Store.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Email address
• Username
• Password (securely stored via Adalo and inaccessible to us)
• Forum posts and replies including user uploaded photos
• Contact form submissions
• Subscription type and payment amount (via Stripe)
• Boolean values confirming: email verification, Terms & Conditions acceptance, forum agreement acceptance, subscription status, and deletion request

• Search usage statistics (count and timestamps)
• Device/browser information (via analytics tools, if enabled)
• Anonymous search queries (e.g., NDC or ingredient lookups)
• Ad interaction data (e.g., impressions, clicks) via third-party ad services such as Google AdMob

Handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or other sensitive billing information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide access to App features
• Manage subscriptions and payments
• Monitor usage and improve performance
• Respond to inquiries and support requests

• Display forum content, including user-uploaded images

3. Sharing of Information

We share information only as necessary with:

• Service Providers (e.g., Adalo, Make.com, Supabase, Stripe) to enable App functionality
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law
• No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data as defined under California or other state privacy laws
• Advertising Partners (e.g., AdMob): We may partner with third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob to display ads in the App. These partners may collect device information, ad interactions, and app usage data to personalize ads, perform analytics, or improve ad performance. 4. Data Retention

AllerGuard App: We retain personal data only as long as necessary for account servicing, regulatory compliance, or legitimate business needs. Upon deletion request:

• Forum data and identifiable information are deleted
• A hashed (anonymized) email is retained in Supabase for payment history recordkeeping

AllerGuard Email PDF Guide: When you provide your email address to receive a free resource, sign up for an account, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect and securely store your information in our database hosted on Supabase (a secure cloud database service).

We use Make (formerly Integromat) and MailerLite to automate the process of:

• Receiving your email submission
• Storing it securely in Supabase
• Sending you the requested resource (such as a free PDF guide)
• Optionally sending follow-up communications such as onboarding tips, updates, or newsletters

Your email is used only for these purposes:

1. Delivering the free resource or service you requested.
2. Sending important product updates, newsletters, or marketing emails (if you opted in).

We do not sell or share your email addresses with third parties for their own marketing. Email data is processed and stored using the security measures provided by Supabase and Make. While we select reputable third‑party services, we do not control or guarantee their security infrastructure. For details on their practices, please review their respective privacy policies. You may unsubscribe or request deletion of your information at any time by following the instructions in our emails or by contacting us directly.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to:

• Access personal data
• Correct inaccuracies

We use industry-standard methods to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.

This App is not intended for use outside the United States of America.
